In Sevan, a sudden fierce fire broke out in a house on Wednesday. The people sleeping inside the house somehow managed to escape in haste, saving their lives. The fire department was informed about the fire. The fire department personnel were trying to extinguish the fire when the house collapsed. Unfortunately, a firefighter lost his life in the incident. After a lot of effort, the fire was finally brought under control. There are concerns that the fire may have been caused by a short circuit.
Property worth lakhs burnt to ashes
This incident took place in the Nautan Thana area of the Nautan Bazaar. It is reported that smoke suddenly started coming out of the house, prompting the residents to evacuate. The fire quickly engulfed the house. The locals informed the fire brigade team, which arrived and joined forces with the locals to extinguish the fire. By the time the fire was brought under control, property worth lakhs had been burnt to ashes.
Water ran out
The deceased firefighter has been identified as Ravi Kant Mandal, a resident of Bhagalpur. The fire brigade team had entered the house to extinguish the fire when they ran out of water. Subsequently, all the firefighters started to evacuate. Ravi Kant Mandal got stuck, and although he hesitated for a while, the house collapsed before he could escape, resulting in his death.
Owner’s son reveals information about the fire
In relation to this incident, the son of the house owner, Vivek Madheshiya, mentioned that there has been a family dispute going on for three years. Their grandfather had built a new house, and they wanted a share in that house as well. He stated that when he woke up at three in the morning, he saw a man running away, and at that moment, the house caught fire. Subdivisional Officer Sunil Kumar expressed his condolences, mentioning the tragic event. There are concerns that the fire may have been caused by a short circuit, and unfortunately, a firefighter lost his life.
बिहार के सीवान में एक मकान में भीषण आग लगने के बाद मकान गिर गया। इस घटना में एक फायर बिग्रेड के हवलदार की मौत हो गई जिसमें वह मलबे में दब गए। आग को बुझाने में काफी मशक्कत के बाद आग पर काबू पाया गया। घटना के संबंध में मकान मालिक के पुत्र ने बताया कि पारिवारिक विवाद के कारण घर में आग लग सकती है। इस दुखद घटना में एक जवान की मौत हो गई और शॉर्ट सर्किट की आशंका जताई जा रही है।
