**Fire Breaks Out in Scrap Parts at Railway Yard in Samastipur**
A massive fire broke out in the scrap parts at the railway yard in Samastipur on Wednesday evening. The old warehouse, which was converted into a scrap depot, caught fire where a large number of scrap parts were stored. Apart from plastic pipes, a large quantity of cable wires were also kept there. The sudden fire in the cable wires caused flames to rise high.
**Rescue Operations Underway by Firefighters and Relief Teams**
Upon receiving information about the fire, the fire brigade team from the district headquarters reached the spot to carry out rescue and relief operations. However, the team had to go back to get more water as the water supply ran out. District Magistrate Vinay Srivastava, along with the District Security Officer JS Jani, as well as officers from the Rapid Action Force (RAF) and the General Reserve Engineering Force (GREF), are monitoring the relief work. It is estimated that it may take several more hours to bring the fire under control.
**Efforts to Control the Fire**
The district administration has been requested for two more fire brigade vehicles, as it is believed that it may take more time to bring the fire under control. The firefighters and relief teams are working tirelessly to extinguish the flames and prevent further damage. The situation is being closely monitored by the authorities to ensure the safety of the people and property in the area.
