Former chairman of Kasba Nagar Parishad Avadhesh Yadav, the main accused in the murder case, remains at large even after 5 days since the incident. Family members have lodged an FIR naming the main accused Rahul and 8 others. During this time, Chhotu Yadav’s mother, wife, relatives, and villagers met with SP Upendra Nath Verma to demand justice. They emphasized on conducting a fair investigation with spot verification to ensure impartiality.

Chhotu Yadav’s mother Kiran Devi revealed that the day after the incident, they found out through the news that Chhotu Yadav’s name was involved in the case. They were shocked as Chhotu was at home with them when the incident occurred, and he has evidence to prove his innocence. Similarly, Rakesh Yadav’s wife stated that if the police conduct an unbiased investigation, the truth will come out as her husband was in the village at the time of the incident.
Political Conspiracy
Some locals are allegedly framing Avadhesh Yadav’s son and his friend Rakesh Yadav under a political conspiracy. This false implication is misleading the police investigation by providing fake names in the complaint. SP assured a fair investigation and expressed confidence that the truth will prevail, and those involved in framing innocent individuals will face severe consequences in court.
