Allegations against Former CM Hemant Soren

Former CM Hemant Soren, who is currently in jail in a land scam case, is accused of ignoring summons from the Enforcement Directorate (ED). ED had sent 11 summons to Hemant Soren, out of which he appeared only for two summons. The investigating agency filed a complaint against Hemant Soren in the Special CBI Court under case number 3952/2024.

Transfer of Case to M.P.-M.L.A Court

After the hearing today, the CBI Court has transferred the case to the M.P.-M.L.A Court. The next hearing for this case is scheduled for June 15th. The ED’s complaint against Hemant Soren has been transferred to the M.P.-M.L.A Court.

Challenges Faced by Hemant Soren

Despite the court’s notice and multiple summons, Hemant Soren did not appear in the court for the fourth time. Hemant Soren has challenged the court’s summons in the High Court. The case is currently pending in the High Court.

ED’s Allegations and Court Proceedings

ED had filed a complaint against Hemant Soren in the CBI Court on February 20th, accusing him of ignoring summons. The agency revealed that Hemant Soren was sent 10 summons in a land scam case, and he appeared only for two. The ED’s allegations point towards the disregard of the summons issued by the agency.

लैंड स्कैम मामले में पूर्व सीएम हेमंत सोरेन पर ईडी के समन की अनदेखी का आरोप है। ईडी ने 11 समन भेजे थे, जिसमें से केवल दो समन पर ही हेमंत सोरेन उपस्थित हुए थे। सीजेएम कोर्ट ने मामले को एमपी एमएलए कोर्ट में स्थानांतरित कर दिया है और अगली सुनवाई 15 जून को होगी। ईडी द्वारा दाखिल शिकायतवाद के आधार पर हेमंत सोरेन के खिलाफ एमपी-एमएलए कोर्ट में ट्रांसफर किया गया है।
