Exploitation in Fake Company
In Muzaffarpur, a girl who went to work in a fake chit fund company was deceived. After giving her a job, she was lured into a fake marriage and physical relations were established. When she became pregnant, she was given medicine for abortion three times. Then a fake marriage was conducted and sexual assault was committed. Despite filing a complaint, the police did not register an FIR at the Pidhita police station, saying nothing would happen at the station and to go to court.
Accused in the Case
The FIR has been filed against the CEO of the DBR company, Manish Singh, along with Tilak Singh, Inamul Ansari, Ahmed Raja, Vijay Kushwaha, Kanhaiya Kushwaha, Hriday Anand Singh, and Mohammad Irfan. The case is being investigated by the Town SDPO-2 Vinita Sinha, and further action will be taken based on the previous complaints.
Fraudulent Job Offers
Several girls were contacted through social media with fake job posts promising high salaries. The girls were lured into a fake company where they were exploited physically. The police conducted raids in 2023 and rescued many girls who were being held captive and subjected to physical abuse.
