Police Arrested Fraudsters in Danapur, Patna

In Danapur, Patna, the RPF police arrested two fraudsters with fake railway appointment letters on Monday evening. The accused had several fake appointment letters in their possession. The arrested fraudsters were identified as residents of Jamalpur Kharjama in Nalanda. The RPF team discovered that around 25 to 30 young people had arrived with fake joining letters to be reinstated on contract in the railways. The RPF team also apprehended the fraudsters’ husband-wife duo who had brought them there in a car. They have been handed over to Khagaul police for further investigation.

Applicants Duped with Fake Railway Job Offer

An applicant named Saurabh Kumar submitted a written application at Khagaul police station. Saurabh mentioned receiving an email on his and his nephew Rishu’s email address. The email contained information about a vacancy for a contractual supervisor position in the railways. Following this, Saurabh and his uncle filled out the form. The form demanded a payment of Rs. 20,400 for processing. The applicants also made an online payment of Rs. 80,000 and received a fake joining letter via email.

Medical Examination Scam Unveiled

An applicant named Ashwini, who came from Nawada, revealed that a friend received an email regarding a vacancy. They were called for document verification on the pretext of a medical examination on 8th August. Both the husband-wife duo duped all applicants in the name of reinstatement and took one lakh in two installments. They were summoned to the DM office after providing them with appointment letters.

Fraudulent Job Scam Uncovered by Police

The Khagaul police station chief Sunil Kumar stated that some individuals were committing fraud in the name of employment. Upon receiving information about this, two fraudsters were arrested, one male and one female, who are related as husband and wife. They are residents of Nalanda. The police are investigating the matter further to uncover the extent of the scam.

पटना के दानापुर में सोमवार की शाम डीआरएम ऑफिस से आरपीएफ की पुलिस ने रेलवे फर्जी नियुक्ति पत्र के साथ दो जालसाजों को गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपियों के पास से कई फर्जी नियुक्ती पत्र बरामद हुआ है। गिरफ्तार जालसाज की पहचान नालंदा के जमालपुर खर्जामा निवासी नी.कार से आए थे पति-पत्नी। आरपीएफ की टीम ने उन्हें गिरफ्तार किया और खगौल पुलिस को सौंप दिया है। दोनों आरोपी ऑनलाइन पेमेंट करके फर्जी नौकरी के लिए आवेदन किया था और फिर ज्वाइनिंग लेटर मेल पर भेजा गया था। इस मामले में खगौल थानाध्यक्ष सुनील कुमार ने बताया कि दोनों गिरफ्तार जालसाज रिश्तेदार हैं और नालंदा के रहने वाले हैं।
