मोहन प्रकाश/सुपौल शहर में एक आश्रय स्थान है, जहां लोगों को मुफ्त में रहने और सस्ते रेट में खाना खिलाया जा रहा है। यह नगर परिषद कार्यालय के बगल में स्थित है और यहां आने वाले किसी भी वर्ग के लोगों को मुफ्त में रहने की सुविधा दी जाती है। साथ ही, महज 30 रुपये में खाने की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध है। इस आश्रय स्थान में लोगों के रहने के लिए अलग-अलग व्यवस्था है और सुरक्षा के लिए सीसीटीवी कैमरे भी लगे हुए हैं। यहां प्रतिदिन 05 लोगों को मुफ्त खाना भी दिया जाता है और सामान रखने के लिए अलग-अलग सुविधाएं भी उपलब्ध हैं। इस आश्रय स्थान का निर्माण दीनदयाल अंत्योदय योजना के तहत किया गया है और इसका खर्च 49.33 लाख रुपए है।
