Voting Awareness Programs in Patna District
Under the seventh phase of voting in Patna district, voters are scheduled to cast their votes on June 1. The district administration is running continuous awareness programs to increase the voting percentage. On the day of voting, special discounts will be offered at movie theatres, gyms, restaurants, and even bakery shops. Voters will receive a 50% discount on movie tickets on June 1 and 2 for all shows.
Discounts and Incentives for Voters
If any voter shows ink on their finger after casting their vote, they will receive a 50% discount on tickets. From June 1 to 5, ‘Biryani by Bihari Ji’ outlet on Aashiana-Digha Road Rukanpura will offer a 15% discount on purchases. Additionally, Monginis will provide a 10% discount on cake and bakery purchases.
Free RapidO Services for Voters
To ensure voters face no issues while going to the polling booth on June 1, RapidO will offer free services to voters. From home to the polling booth and back, free transportation arrangements have been made. Voters can use the RapidO app to avail of this free service.
Celebrating the Voting Process
DM Kapil Ashok mentioned that the voting percentage in Patna Sahib Lok Sabha constituency has been low. Last time, only 45% of voting was recorded. He emphasized the importance of taking out 5 minutes to vote, comparing it to celebrating festivals like Diwali or Eid. Various organizations in Patna are also coming forward to support voter awareness, with events like the ‘Run for Vote’ organized by Dainik Bhaskar. On voting day, RapidO will provide 1000 bikes free of charge for voters, highlighting the importance of exercising our right to vote on June 1 for a stronger democracy in Patna, Bihar, and India.
पटना जिले में सातवें चरण के तहत आगामी 1 जून को वोट डाले जाएंगे। जिला प्रशासन ने वोटिंग प्रतिशत बढ़ाने के लिए जागरूकता कार्यक्रम चलाया है। वोटिंग वाले दिन मूवी, जिम, रेस्टोरेंट और बेकरी शॉप पर विशेष छूट दी जा रही है। वोटरों को मूवी टिकटों पर 50% की छूट दी जाएगी। इसके साथ ही रैपिडो मतदाताओं को फ्री सेवा भी देगा। रन फॉर वोट इवेंट और 1000 बाइक वोटरों के लिए निशुल्क उपलब्ध रहेगी। इसलिए 1 जून को हम सभी को अपने मतदान का हक जरूर जताना चाहिए। डीएम शीर्षत कपिल अशोक ने यह भी कहा कि पटना साहिब लोकसभा क्षेत्र का वोटिंग प्रतिशत सबसे खराब रहा है और हमें इसे सुधारने की आवश्यकता है।
