In the sarafa market in Patna today, the price of 22 carat gold per 10 grams is Rs. 66,200, while the price of 24 carat gold is Rs. 73,750. Similarly, the price of silver remains steady at Rs. 88,000 per kilogram. Buyers looking to exchange or sell gold can do so at an exchange rate of Rs. 64,700 for 22 carat gold and Rs. 54,350 for 18 carat gold.
