Gold Prices Surge in Patna
Gold prices have seen a significant rise today in Patna, with silver prices breaking all previous records. The price of silver has reached an all-time high, with a rapid increase of ₹2000 per kilogram. Patliputra Sarrafa Sangh Vice President Ajay Kumar informed Local18 that the price of gold has also increased.
Current Rates in the Market
As of today, the rate of 22-carat gold in Patna’s Sarrafa market is ₹68,600 per 10 grams, while 24-carat gold is priced at ₹76,350 per 10 grams. On the other hand, the price of silver has reached ₹85,000 per kilogram, breaking the previous record of ₹83,000 per kilogram. The market analysts predict that gold could reach ₹80,000 per 10 grams and silver could reach ₹1 lakh per kilogram this year.
Exchange Rates for Gold and Silver
If you are considering selling or exchanging gold, the exchange rate for 22-carat gold in Patna’s Sarrafa Mandi is ₹67,100 per 10 grams, while 18-carat gold is priced at ₹56,300 per 10 grams. The exchange rate for silver is ₹82,000 per kilogram. The rising prices of gold and silver have been attributed to the scorching heat in Bihar, with temperatures on the rise.
