A serious shooting incident occurred in Bihar, where a young man was killed. Family members are demanding justice and immediate action against the attackers.

A troubling incident has emerged from Bihar, close to Patna, where a young man was shot dead in his own home. The victim, identified as 40-year-old Dharamveer Paswan, was attacked in his village near Barh police station. The attackers reportedly fired around 12 bullets, creating panic in the neighborhood.

The attack is believed to be linked to ongoing threats against Dharamveer’s family to withdraw a legal case. Family members claim that he was targeted because they refused to give in to pressure from the accused. When the family heard gunshots, they rushed out to find Dharamveer bleeding on the ground.

Dharamveer was quickly taken to Barh Sub-Divisional Hospital but was later referred to PMCH for further treatment, where he unfortunately succumbed to his injuries. His brother, Raghuveer, stated that the attackers shot 12 rounds, leading to a strong reaction from the family and local villagers.

Angry family members protested by blocking NH-31 for two hours, demanding the immediate arrest of the attackers. They expressed their frustration over the lack of police action, as they believe the accused are still roaming free despite their complaints about threats and violence.

The police are currently investigating the case. They have arrested one suspect connected to the earlier assault on Dharamveer’s nephew. Efforts are underway to apprehend the others involved in this tragic incident, as the local community seeks justice for the victim.
