The District and Sessions Judge Vinod Kumar Tiwari of Darbhanga Consumer Court has transferred the case of 21 accused involved in attacking fake voters at Kamtaul Thana during the Madhubani Lok Sabha elections to the court of the First Sessions Judge Ramakant. The incident is related to attacking and intimidating fake voters during the elections for the Madhubani Lok Sabha seat in Darbhanga.
According to reports, during the fifth phase of the Madhubani Lok Sabha elections, two women voters along with three others were arrested for casting fake votes at Booth Number 85 of the Devra Bandhuli Assembly constituency. After the arrests, the three were taken to the Kamtaul Thana, where a group of 130-140 people attacked the police station between 9 pm and 10 pm and took the accused away.
The police had filed a primary case against 24 named and 130-140 unknown individuals in this case. Darbhanga police have so far arrested three accused in this case and sent them to jail. The court is currently hearing the case, and during the hearing, the court has issued a stay on the arrest of the remaining 21 named accused until June 18th.
In the Darbhanga Consumer Court, the advance bail petition numbers 690/24 for the accused of Jale Thana Case No. 103/2024 Parvez Alam’s son Sanaullah, Mo. Hasan’s daughter Sadiya Sheikh, and Mo. Ijhar’s daughter Jinat Parveen will be heard on June 18th. Similarly, the advance bail petition numbers 691/24 for these three in Jale Thana Case No. 104/24 will also be heard on the same day. Additionally, the hearing has been scheduled for the advance bail petition number 692/24 for the accused in Jale Thana Case No. 104/24, including Mohammad Iftikhar, Mo. Ali, Mo. Safiullah, Mo. Shadab, Mo. Karanain Alam, Khadim Hussain, Mujtava alias Arju, Tapsir Imam alias Rizvi, Tariq Anwar, Mo. Hussain, Ivadulla Faizi, Mo. Riyaz Hussain, Saifuddin, Mo. Jubair, Mo. Umar, Javed Iqbal Arsi alias Arsi Iqbal, Faisal Ashraf alias Mo. Faisal, and Nisar Qureshi.
बिहार के दरभंगा व्ययवहार न्यायालय में 18 जून को एक मामले की सुनवाई होगी, जिसमें 21 आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी पर रोक लगाई गई है। इस मामले में मधुबनी लोकसभा सीट के लिए चुनाव के दौरान फर्जी मतदाताओं को कमतौल थाने पर हमला कर छुड़ाने के मामले से जुड़ा है। गिरफ्तारी के बाद तीन आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया गया था, और बाकी 21 आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी पर रोक लगाई गई है। इस मामले में कोर्ट में सुनवाई चल रही है और आगामी 18 जून को और गिरफ्तारी पर निर्णय लिया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही, दूसरे मामले में भी कई आरोपियों की अग्रिम जमानत याचिका पर सुनवाई होने वाली है।
