Jharkhand High Court’s team is coming to Jamshedpur to investigate encroachment of the map. Prior to this, Jamshedpur Access has been activated. In this sequence, three shops built in the parking area in holding numbers 109-110 of Sakchi SNP area were demolished on Friday. The building owners, Ranjit Singh and Shefali Singh, had rented out the shops after building them in the parking space, while the cars coming to the mall were being parked on the roads. Three shops were constructed in the designated space for parking in the basement. While hearing a public interest petition, the Jharkhand High Court has formed a team of lawyers for investigation. The investigation team had previously come to Jamshedpur to conduct the investigation. The investigation team had submitted its report to the High Court, questioning the functioning of Jamshedpur Access and stating that the administration did not cooperate. After this, the High Court ordered a re-investigation. In light of this order, a team of lawyers is coming to the city for investigation.
आदेश के बाद जमशेदपुर में नक्शा विचलन की जांच करने के लिए झारखंड हाईकोर्ट की टीम आने वाली है। इससे पहले जमशेदपुर अक्षेस सक्रिय हो गया है। इसी क्रम में पार्किंग एरिया में बने तीन दुकानों को तोड़ा गया है जो पार्किंग स्थल पर बनाए गए थे। झारखंड हाईकोर्ट ने अधिवक्ताओं की जांच टीम बनाई है और उन्होंने हाईकोर्ट को रिपोर्ट सौंपी है जिसमें जमशेदपुर अक्षेस की कार्यशैली पर सवाल खड़ा किया गया है। इसके बाद हाईकोर्ट ने एक बार फिर से जांच करने का आदेश दिया है और अधिवक्ताओं की टीम जांच करने के लिए शहर में आने वाली है।
