In a shocking incident in Gaya’s Kandi Navada Mohalla, criminals targeted a house and carried out a loot using weapons. The criminals held all the members of the house hostage for half an hour and looted cash and jewelry worth lakhs of rupees before fleeing. The incident took place at the house of Kaushalendra Kumar near the petrol pump in the Chandauti Thana area. The victim stated that they were coming down from upstairs to bring some items when the five criminals entered the house.

The victim stated that the criminals threatened to shoot us if we made any noise and demanded to know the location of the jewelry and money. They looted jewelry worth around four lakhs and one and a half lakh rupees in cash from the safes and trunks kept in the house before fleeing.
थाने में की शिकायत
After the incident, the victim’s family filed a written complaint at the Chandauti police station, narrating the entire incident to the police. The police took the matter seriously and initiated an investigation. They are also examining the CCTV footage around the crime scene to identify the criminals and make arrests.

गया के कंडी नवादा मोहल्ला में अपराधियों ने एक घर को टारगेट कर हथियार के बल पर लूट की घटना को अंजाम दिया है। अपराधियों ने घर के सभी सदस्यों को आधे घंटे तक बंधक बना कर नगदी व लाखों रुपए की जेवरात लूट कर फरार हो गए। पीड़ित ने बताया कि घर से सामान लाने के लिए उपर के तल्ले से नीचे उतर रहे थे। इसी क्रम में पांच की संख्या में रहे अपराधी घर में घुस गए। वहीं पीड़ित ने बताया कि हथियार से लैस पांचों अपराधियों से सबसे पहले हमे और पत्नी को अपने कब्जे में लिया। जब विरोध करने लगे तो मारपीट कर पिस्टल सटा दिया और एक कमरे में बंद कर दिया। इस दौरान अपराधियों ने घर के अन्य सदस्य के साथ राजमिस्त्री को एक कमरे में सभी को बंधक बना बैठा दिया। अपराधियों ने कहा कि जो भी गहना व रुपया है, जल्द बता दो कहां रखा है। अगर किसी प्रकार से शोर मचाया तो गोली मार देंगे। इस दौरान अपराधियों ने घर में रखे बक्से और ट्रंक में रखे करीब चार लाख के गहने और डेढ लाख रुपए नगदी लूट कर फरार हो गए। घटना के बाद पीड़ित परिवार चंदौती थाना में लूट की वारदात की लिखित शिकायत किया है। पुलिस मामले को गंभीरता से लिया है और अपराधियों की पहचान के लिए घटनास्थल के आसपास लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरे का फुटेज खंगाल रही है।
