A major operation was carried out by the Vigilance team in Rohtas. The clerk at Sasaram Sadar Hospital has been arrested for taking bribes. On Wednesday morning, the Vigilance team caught clerk Santosh Kumar red-handed accepting a bribe of Rs 55,000. A complaint was received against clerk Santosh Kumar at the Vigilance headquarters in Patna. The Vigilance team found the complaint to be genuine during the investigation. Following this, a special team was formed. On Wednesday morning, the Vigilance team reached Rohtas and set up a trap at the clerk’s residence through the complainant. As soon as the complainant handed over Rs 55,000 in cash as a bribe, the Vigilance team caught him. Currently, the Vigilance team has taken the clerk into custody and is interrogating him.
