ICAI Exam 2024: Changes in Exam Schedule
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced a major change in its exam schedule, now conducting CA Foundation and Intermediate exams three times a year instead of two. ICAI official Dhiraj Khandelwal posted on social media welcoming the move to conduct CA exams three times a year for the benefit of CA candidates. Further updates are expected to be provided by ICAI soon. The exact details of how this new schedule will affect the final CA exams are yet to be clarified.
Exam Dates and Groups
This year, the Foundation exam is scheduled for June 20, 22, 24, and 26. The Intermediate exam is divided into two groups, with Group I exams on May 3, 5, and 7, and Group II exams on May 9, 11, and 13. The final exams for Group 1 will be held on May 2, 4, and 6, and for Group 2 on May 8, 10, and 12.
