पटना: पटना में कई पानीपूरी की दुकानें हैं, लेकिन जिस दुकान के बारे में हम आज बता रहे हैं, वह कुछ खास है। खासकर इसलिए कि यह दुकान रात देर तक खुली रहती है। इसलिए, अगर आप भी रात देर तक मसालेदार चीजें खाने के शौकीन हैं, तो आप यहां सीधे पहुंच सकते हैं। दुकानदार राजू कुमार, जो कि वैशाली जिले के निवासी हैं, कहते हैं कि पिछले 6 सालों से वह महात्मा गांधी नगर रोड पर चंद्रशेखर पार्क के पास अपनी दुकान चला रहे हैं। राजू कहते हैं कि आमतौर पर उनकी दुकान पर रोज़ाना दो से तीन हजार पानीपूरी बिकती हैं। रात के खाने के बाद सैर के लिए जाने वाले लोग भी उनकी दुकान पर आकर मसालेदार पानीपूरी का स्वाद चखना नहीं भूलते।
दुकान शाम 5 बजे से रात 11:30 बजे तक खुली रहती है। पैदल चलने वाले, बाइक और कार में सवार लोग रात तक उनकी दुकान पर आकर पानीपूरी का स्वाद चखते रहते हैं। हम आपको बताते हैं कि यहां आपको 10 रुपये में 04 पानीपूरी मिलेंगी। हालांकि, राजू कहते हैं कि पहले वे 10 रुपये में अधिक पानीपूरी बेचते थे, लेकिन महंगाई के बढ़ने के कारण पानीपूरी की संख्या कम कर दी गई है।
पानीपूरी के अलावा यहां आलू कट और सूखी पापड़ी भी प्रसिद्ध हैं। राजू बताते हैं कि वे अपने घर पर इन सभी चीजों के मसाले तैयार करते हैं। पानीपूरी के अलावा यहां सूखी पापड़ी और आलू कट का स्वाद भी शानदार है। हम आपको बताते हैं कि आलू कट और सूखी पापड़ी की कीमत प्रति प्लेट 25 रुपये है।
