IIM Admission without CAT
Many aspiring management students dream of studying at IIMs. To fulfill this dream, one traditionally needed to pass the CAT exam. However, now there is an opportunity to study at IIMs without clearing the CAT exam. IIM Kashipur has introduced a new Executive Post Graduate Program in Hospital Management for experienced doctors and healthcare professionals, in partnership with Max Healthcare. This program aims to meet the growing demand for skilled professionals who can effectively manage hospitals and healthcare facilities.
Subjects Covered in the Program
The program includes subjects such as Healthcare Economy, Financial Management in Healthcare, Sales and Marketing Strategy in Healthcare, Healthcare Organization Behavior and Human Resource Management, Operational Management and Process Analysis, Supply Chain Management, and Medical-Legal and Strategy Management. The classes will be conducted by faculty from both IIM Kashipur and Max Healthcare, with practical training at Max Hospitals for the first batch.
Diverse Participants
The first batch of this program includes 10 practicing doctors and 15 healthcare professionals from various backgrounds and regions such as Uttarakhand, Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Nepal. These participants are associated with different private and government hospitals, showcasing the diverse range of experiences and perspectives they bring to the program.

The program also includes practical training in Max Hospitals for the first batch, which has enrolled 10 practicing doctors and 15 healthcare professionals from various backgrounds and regions. With this initiative, the dream of studying at IIM without passing the CAT exam can now be achieved.
