Allegations Against Kajal Yadav
Kajal Yadav has expressed her ignorance regarding her dismissal. She and Verma are accused of using videos and photos of children for their own self-promotion and glorification on social media. They allegedly created unnecessary pressure on prestigious schools for enrollment of children and conducted inspections. Furthermore, Sunil Kumar Verma misrepresented facts and used his self-help organization, Shubh Drishti, to exert influence on school administrations. They also improperly used private vehicles with banners and boards to pass them off as government vehicles.
Investigation and Complaints
In response to these allegations, a joint four-member committee was formed on December 12, 2023, to investigate the claims. The committee obtained written and verbal statements from the accused officials, employees, and members of the commission. The committee’s report was submitted on December 27, 2023, and based on its findings, the Secretary issued the order for dismissal. The decision was made to ensure that Yadav and Verma’s continued presence in their positions was not in the best interest of the public.

राज्य के बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग की अध्यक्ष काजल यादव और सदस्य सुनील कुमार वर्मा को बर्खास्त कर दिया गया है। इन्हें दुरुपयोग, अनियमितता और आयोग के सदस्यों व कर्मचारियों को धमकाने के आरोप में बर्खास्त किया गया है। उन्हें चार सदस्यीय जांच टीम की रिपोर्ट के आलोक में बर्खास्त किया गया है। इसके साथ ही काजल यादव को अपनी बर्खास्ती पर अनभिज्ञता का आरोप भी है। उन्हें और सदस्य सुनील कुमार वर्मा को बच्चों के नामांकन हेतु अनावश्यक दबाव बनाने, अपनी स्वयंसेवी संस्था के माध्यम से फर्जीवाड़ा करने, निजी वाहन पर बैनर और बोर्ड लगाकर सरकारी वाहन के रूप में उपयोग करने आदि कई आरोप लगाए गए हैं। इन आरोपों की जांच के लिए समिति का गठन किया गया था और रिपोर्ट के आलोक में उन्हें बर्खास्त किया गया है।
