In this case, the jail’s computer operator Pawan Kumar has been summoned and called for questioning on Wednesday. During the investigation on Monday, jailer Pramod Kumar revealed that the role of computer operator Pawan Kumar and jailer Avdhesh Kumar is suspicious. Pramod informed the ED that the jail administration has shocked Pawan Kumar and Avdhesh Kumar in providing Yogendra’s phone number.
According to information, only one or two numbers of relatives are kept for recording in the booth for conversation, while computer operator Pawan Kumar and Avdhesh Kumar had also recorded the numbers of the chief editor of Prabhat Khabar, Ashutosh Chaturvedi, and the editor Vijay Pathak.
IAS officer’s wife asks for time from ED
In the Berlin hospital land case, the wife of senior IAS officer Avinash Kumar, Preethi Kumar, will not be present in front of the ED on Wednesday. ED had summoned Preethi on December 28. On Tuesday, Preethi sent a letter to the ED stating that she is on vacation in Kerala. She mentioned that she will return to Ranchi on January 6 or 7.
In this case, the ED will now send another summons to Preethi Kumar and give her a new date for questioning. Earlier, in the summons, IAS officer Avinash Kumar’s wife Preethi Kumar was asked to be present at 11 am on January 3. The land of the Berlin hospital is in the name of senior IAS officer Avinash Kumar’s wife Preethi Kumar. ED had conducted a survey of the land related to the Berlin hospital on December 5.
ईडी ने रांची जेल में बंद ईडी के आरोपी योगेंद्र तिवारी को जेल में सुविधाएं पहुंचाने को लेकर मंगलवार को जेलर प्रमोद कुमार से पूछताछ की। जेल के कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर पवन कुमार को समन कर बुधवार को बुलाया गया है। सोमवार को पूछताछ के दौरान जेलर प्रमोद कुमार ने जो जानकारी दी है उसके मुताबिक, जेल के कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर पवन कुमार और जमादार अवधेश कुमार की भूमिका संदिग्ध के तौर पर उभरी है। आईएएस की पत्नी प्रीति कुमार बुधवार को ईडी के सामने उपस्थित नहीं होंगी। छह या सात जनवरी को रांची लौटने की बात कही है।
