JAMSHEDPUR: On the occasion of Youth Day, the Swami Vivekananda Seva Sansthan will showcase various items made from used blades, such as a 100 kg mace of Hanuman, a statue of Karpoori Thakur, dumbbells, and dustbins, at the Hindustan Mitra Mandal. These items have been prepared by the organization, which is known as “Blade Man,” and the Secretary-General of the organization, Akhilesh Chaudhary, has supervised their creation. The items have been made from 370 kg of steel, with the statue of Karpoori Thakur weighing 75 kg, five sets of dumbbells weighing 10 kg each, four biceps exercise tools weighing 20 kg each, and two dustbins weighing 30-35 kg.
According to Akhilesh Chaudhary, these items are a part of Prime Minister Modi’s Swachh Bharat Mission. The organization aims to promote cleanliness and hygiene through their display of unique items made from used blades. The items serve as a representation of the organization’s identity and their commitment to the mission.
The Swami Vivekananda Seva Sansthan is showcasing these items on Youth Day to inspire and motivate young people to contribute to the Swachh Bharat Mission. The organization believes that by displaying these innovative creations, they can create awareness and encourage individuals to actively participate in keeping their surroundings clean and hygienic.
