One of the drivers woke up during the robbery, causing the miscreants to flee. They fired shots to create fear and confusion before making their escape. The victims of the theft include Pintu Kumar, Mantu Kumar, Satish Kumar, and Sintu Kumar, among others.

Police Investigation Ongoing

Pintu Kumar, one of the drivers, stated that they have been parking their trucks at Katauna petrol pump for years without any incidents. However, this was the first time such a robbery took place, resulting in the theft of Rs 37,000 and four phones from five vehicles. The miscreants have not been identified yet due to the darkness of the night. The police are actively searching for them.
