Read on the app, students of government schools in Jharkhand will be taught teacher innovation. This initiative will begin in the new year of 2024 and teachers will be given training for it. After the training, teachers will teach students how to implement these innovations. Currently, the Department of School Education and Literacy has prepared two teams of teachers who will be trained in Ranchi. Jharkhand Education Research and Training Board is preparing for this.
The training will take place in the initial and middle stages. The training program for the initial stage will be held on January 3rd and 4th, 2024. A total of 72 teachers will be included in this, ranging from class three to five. A two-day training will be organized in the JEE-RT. After the training, teachers will provide information about the methods of implementation to students in their schools within a week. Similarly, in the middle stage, training will be held on January 5th and 6th. A total of 62 teachers are participating in this. Subject-wise teachers from sixth to eighth grade in language, science, and arts have been listed for this.
For children, a holistic report card will be issued. After learning new techniques and innovations, a holistic report card will be prepared for children. Teachers will report to the nodal officer responsible for the report card after training them in innovation. Based on this, students will receive a report card for their innovation.
Parents and teachers will be able to see the development of children through the holistic report card. It will display information in the cognitive, emotional, and psycho field. It will show the understanding of children and their innovations.
The demand for vacant positions of teachers has been reported. The Department of School Education and Literacy has asked for a report on vacant positions of assistant teachers from all districts. The Under Secretary of Primary Education, Jago Chaudhary, has instructed all district education officers to report immediately. Districts are required to provide details of approved positions, working positions, and vacant positions for assistant teachers in the intermediate trained salary scale (Grade Pay 4200). Similarly, for assistant teachers in science, mathematics, arts, social science, and language in the graduate trained salary scale (Grade Pay 4600), the number of approved positions, working positions, and vacant positions needs to be reported.
झारखंड सरकार ने ऐप पर पढ़ेंझारखंड के सरकारी स्कूलों के छात्र-छात्राओं को शिक्षक इनोवेशन का पाठ पढ़ाने की योजना बनाई है। इसकी शुरुआत 2024 से होगी और इसके लिए शिक्षकों को प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा। प्रशिक्षण के बाद शिक्षक बच्चों को प्रयोग करने के तरीके बताएंगे। इसके लिए स्कूली शिक्षा और साक्षरता विभाग ने शिक्षकों की दो टीम तैयार की है, जो रांची में प्रशिक्षित होगी। इसके बाद बच्चों के लिए हॉलिस्टिक रिपोर्ट कार्ड तैयार होगा जिससे उनके विकास को शिक्षक और अभिभावक देख सकेंगे। इसके साथ ही, सरकार ने खाली पदों की रिपोर्ट मांगी है और जिलों को इंटर प्रशिक्षित और स्नातक प्रशिक्षित वेतनमान में रिक्तियों की जानकारी देने का आदेश दिया है।
