Selected candidates at the job camp will be given on-the-spot appointment letters after interviews. Applicants aged between 18 to 30 years are eligible to participate in the job camp. The camp will take place from 10 am to 4 pm at the district employment office in Sadar Prakhand. Educational qualifications required for applicants range from 10th pass to graduate and ITI pass. Madhusudan & Motherson Auto System Pvt. Ltd will select candidates for positions in Assembling Production and Welding, with salaries ranging from 12,500 to 20,500 based on qualifications.

District Employment Officer Noor Ahsan has requested all applicants participating in the job camp to bring all necessary documents. Any missing document will lead to disqualification of the applicant. Applicants must bring their resumes, certificates, photocopies of all certificates, passport size photos, address proof, and ID proof. Registration at the district employment office is mandatory for applicants participating in the job camp. Those who have not registered at the employment office can do so online on the National Career Service Portal and can also register online at the district employment office in Bhojpur to take advantage of job opportunities at the job camp.
