Begusarai district administration in Bihar has been organizing job camps every month to provide employment opportunities to unemployed youth who are struggling to find jobs due to the increasing unemployment in the region. However, despite these efforts, the unemployed youth are not able to find their desired jobs. The aspiring candidates from the district believe that they cannot work outside Bihar for a salary of up to 20,000. The district administration has decided to organize a job camp on December 15th to provide employment to 80 unemployed youth according to their preferences in the private sector.
The selected candidates will be offered the positions of Relationship Officers and Senior Relationship Officers with a starting salary of more than 11,000. Graduates can also participate in the recruitment process for the position of Branch Manager, with a salary of up to 25,000. The candidates attending the job camp are required to bring their biodata, Aadhaar card, PAN card, relevant educational certificates, and two passport-sized colored photographs.

बिहार के बेगूसराय जिले में बेरोजगार युवाओं को रोजगार प्राप्त कराने के लिए नियोजनालय द्वारा प्रत्येक महीने जॉब कैंप का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। हालांकि, युवाओं को इसके बावजूद पसंदीदा नौकरी नहीं मिल पा रही है। युवाओं का कहना है कि वे इतनी कम सैलरी में बिहार के बाहर काम नहीं कर सकते हैं। इसके चलते नियोजन कार्यालय ने फैसला लिया है कि 15 दिसंबर को 80 युवाओं को नियोजन कार्यालय में जॉब कैंप आयोजित किया जाएगा, जहां उन्हें निजी सेक्टर के कंपनियों में रोजगार प्राप्त कराया जाएगा। इस जॉब कैंप में चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को 11,000 से अधिक सैलरी प्राप्त होगी, जबकि ब्रांच मैनेजर के पद के लिए ग्रेजुएट अभ्यर्थी भाग ले सकेंगे और उनकी सैलरी 25,000 तक होगी।
