Employment Fair for Youth in Buxar
The Bihar government’s Labor Resources Department and District Employment Office will be organizing a one-day job fair at the Industrial Training Institute campus in Buxar on August 6 for the youth of Buxar. The District Employment Officer Anish Tiwari mentioned that the recruitment process will take place in the private limited fair, providing opportunities to youth with qualifications such as 10th, 12th, ITI, and above. The age limit for applicants is set between 18-42 years.
Recruitment Details
The selected candidates will be appointed to positions such as Mechanic Helper, Trainee Operator, Junior Technician, and Territory Sales Associate. A total of 100 positions are available for recruitment in states like Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, and Maharashtra. The company will offer a salary ranging from Rs. 12300-18500 along with in-hand approx. salary of Rs. 10804-16621.

Selected candidates will receive incentives such as overtime pay, mechanic incentive, production incentive, shift allowance, and other benefits like ESI, PF, free accommodation, and subsidized food per month.
