Job Fair Organized in Siwan to Address Unemployment
The problem of unemployment in Bihar, particularly in Siwan, is a major challenge, with the youth struggling to find timely employment. In an effort to solve this issue, the Department of Labor Resources has been continuously working towards finding solutions. To aid the youth in their search for employment, a one-day job fair will be organized at the District Employment Exchange Counseling Center located on Mahadeva Road in Siwan.
300 Youths Expected to Find Employment through Job Fair
According to Rajesh Kumar, the District Employment Officer, the job fair aims to provide employment opportunities to unemployed youths. The target is to help 300 youths secure jobs during this job camp. The fair will be held at the District Employment Exchange Office from 10 am to 4 pm on December 13. Eligible candidates between the ages of 18 to 45 can participate in the fair.
Salary Ranging from 15,000 to 18,000 for Selected Candidates
Rajesh Kumar also mentioned that candidates seeking employment should have a minimum qualification of 10th grade and ITI certification. Selected candidates will be offered salaries ranging from 15,000 to 18,000. Companies such as Dixon Technologies, Retrofit Technologies Private Limited, Pranav Development India Private Limited, Marathon Electric India Private Limited, and Asin Automotive Haryana Private Limited will be participating in the fair and will be selecting candidates for positions such as line operator, optical fiber technician, technician, production, and assembly.
बिहार के सीवान जिले में बेरोजगारी की समस्या बहुत चुनौती है और युवाओं को समय पर रोजगार नहीं मिल रहा है। इस समस्या का समाधान करने के लिए श्रम संसाधन विभाग प्रयासरत है और वहीं सीवान में रोजगार की तलाश करने वाले युवाओं के लिए एक रोजगार शिविर का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इस मेले में 300 युवाओं को रोजगार मिलने का लक्ष्य है और चयनित युवाओं को 15,000 से 18,000 रुपये की सैलरी दी जाएगी। इसके लिए युवाओं को आवश्यक दस्तावेजों की जरूरत होगी जैसे आधार कार्ड, योग्यता प्रमाण पत्र, पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो, पैन कार्ड और शैक्षणिक प्रमाण पत्र। यह मेला 13 दिसंबर को आयोजित होगा।
