मोतिहारी के ऐतिहासिक बौद्ध स्तूप केसरिया में तीन दिवसीय केसरिया महोत्सव का दूसरा दिन बहुत धूमधाम से मनाया गया। इस दिन लोक गायिका मैथली ठाकुर और नीतू कुमारी नूतन ने अपनी सुरीली आवाज से लोगों को मनोरंजन किया। इसके साथ ही भारत सरकार के पूर्व कृषि मंत्री मोतिहारी सांसद राधामोहन सिंह, बिहार सरकार के पूर्व मंत्री प्रमोद कुमार और कई विधायक भी उपस्थित थे। प्रदर्शनी ने सभी का मनोहारी आकर्षण बनाया।
