Aman Kishore, a proud resident of Pasraha in Khagaria district, has made his family and community shine by becoming a Sub-Lieutenant in the Indian Navy. He is the grandson of the late Ramji Singh and the son of Sub-Lieutenant Vimal Kishore and Nutan Kumari. His achievement has brought great pride to Khagaria on a national level.
He completed his schooling at Navy Children School and Kendriya Vidyalaya in Andaman Nicobar. From a young age, Aman was known for his dedication and discipline. He successfully cleared the NDA exam in his first attempt in 2021 and went on to pass the challenging SSB and medical tests. On February 27, 2022, he joined the 147th batch at NDA Kharakwasla, Pune.
After three years of tough training, Aman graduated from NDA in 2024 and continued his naval training at INA Ezhimala in Kerala. He also gained international exposure by visiting countries like France and South Africa. On November 29, 2025, he was honored with the rank of Sub-Lieutenant during a passing out parade, where India’s CDS General Anil Chauhan was present.
Aman has also showcased his skills in various competitions, earning multiple awards along the way. The news of his becoming a naval officer has spread joy in his village, with everyone celebrating his success. His family and villagers are proud, saying he has brought honor not just to his family but to the entire Khagaria district.
