He sarcastically commented on social media that Bihar has brought PM Modi on the road through three phases of elections. The remaining four phases will make him roam the streets of every alley. RJD supremo Lalu Prasad had said in 2014 that PM Modi had promised to drink tea made from sugar from a sugar mill that he would open. Ten years have passed. Lalu questioned, what happened to your promise? Can a Prime Minister who cannot open a small sugar mill in the state according to his promise fulfill any of his big promises in the last 10 years? Can a Prime Minister, who could not even elevate the historic Patna University to a Central University status despite being filled with his own party’s Chief Minister pleading, roam the roads, alleys, and corners, and benefit Bihar?
