Land for Job Scam: Center gives permission to CBI to prosecute Lalu Yadav.
CBI gave information about the permission given by the Union Home Ministry to the Rouse Avenue Court.

New Delhi. The Home Ministry has given permission to prosecute former Railway Minister Lalu Yadav, accused in the supplementary charge sheet filed in the Land for Job case. CBI gave this information to Rouse Avenue Court. In such a situation, it is believed that RJD supremo Lalu Prasad’s problems are going to increase in the matter of getting land registry done in exchange for job in Railways. At the same time, the hearing on the charge sheet filed by CBI against Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav in the same case has once again been postponed. Now the case will be heard on September 21 in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court.
Case against Tejashwi Yadav
Let us tell you that in this case, CBI had filed a charge sheet against Tejashwi on July 3. The first hearing of this case was to be held in Rouse Avenue Court on August 8, but the hearing was postponed at the right time. The case was to be heard again on September 12 but the hearing has been postponed once again. At the same time, after CBI gets the green signal from the Union Home Ministry, problems may also increase for Lalu Yadav.
Investigation and Registry
Let us tell you that CBI had sought permission from the Union Home Ministry to prosecute the case against Lalu, to which the Home Ministry has given the green signal. Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court is hearing this case. Lalu Prasad, his wife Rabri Devi and Misa Bharti are currently on bail in this case.
The Land for Job Scam
It is noteworthy that when RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav was the Railway Minister, a big scam took place in the appointment of Railways. CBI had got the responsibility of investigating this scam, in which during the investigation it came to light that the then Railway Minister Lalu Prasad had got the lands and flats registered from the people in lieu of giving them jobs in the Railways. The registry of the lands and flats was done by Lalu Prasad’s wife. It was registered in the names of Rabri Devi, her elder daughter Misa Bharti, Hema Yadav, and Tejashwi Yadav.
Current Investigation
In this case, along with CBI, ED is also investigating the money laundering case. In this case, CBI has already filed a charge sheet against Lalu Prasad and Rabri Devi, in which they have got bail. Recently, CBI had filed a charge sheet against Tejashwi Yadav, the hearing on which was held today in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court.

मंत्रालय ने भूमि जॉब मामले में लालू यादव के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई की अनुमति देने की अनुमति दी है। सीबीआई ने इस बारे में जानकारी दी है। इस प्रकार, राष्ट्रीय जनता दल के नेता लालू प्रसाद को रेलवे में नौकरी के बदले भूमि दर्ज कराने के मामले में उनकी मुसीबतें बढ़ने की संभावना है। इसी मामले में सीबीआई द्वारा उपमुख्यमंत्री तेजस्वी यादव के खिलाफ चार्जशीट की सुनवाई एक बार फिर से स्थगित कर दी गई है। अब मामले की सुनवाई 21 सितंबर को दिल्ली के रौस एवेन्यू कोर्ट में होगी।
हम आपको बता दें कि इस मामले में सीबीआई ने 3 जुलाई को तेजस्वी के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दाखिल की थी। इस मामले की पहली सुनवाई 8 अगस्त को रौस एवेन्यू कोर्ट में होनी थी, लेकिन समय पर सुनवाई स्थगित कर दी गई थी। मामले की सुनवाई 12 सितंबर को फिर से होनी थी, लेकिन इस बार भी सुनवाई को एक बार फिर से स्थगित कर दिया गया है। वहीं, सीबीआई को केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय से हरी झंडी मिलने के बाद, लालू यादव के लिए मुश्किलें भी बढ़ सकती हैं।
हम आपको बता दें कि सीबीआई ने लालू के खिलाफ मामले की चालानी की अनुमति के लिए केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय से अनुमति मांगी थी, जिसे गृह मंत्रालय ने हरी झंडी दी है। दिल्ली के रौस एवेन्यू कोर्ट में यह मामला सुनवाई हो रहा है। वर्तमान में लालू प्रसाद, उनकी पत्नी राबरी देवी और मीसा भारती इस मामले में जमानत पर हैं।
यह याद रखने योग्य है कि जब आरजेडी सुप्रीमो लालू प्रसाद यादव रेल मंत्री थे, तो रेलवे में नियुक्ति में एक बड़ी घोटाला हुआ था। सीबीआई को इस घोटाले की जांच करने की जिम्मेदारी मिली थी, जिसमें जांच के दौरान सामने आया था कि उस समय के रेल मंत्री लालू प्रसाद ने भूमि और फ्लैट्स को लोगों से दिलवाए गए नौकरियों के बदले में दर्ज करवाए थे। भूमि और फ्लैट्स का दर्ज लालू प्रसाद की पत्नी द्वारा किया गया था। यह राबरी देवी, उनकी बड़ी बेटी मीसा भारती, हेमा यादव और तेजस्वी यादव के नामों में दर्ज किया गया था।
इस मामले में सीबीआई के साथ-साथ ईडी भी धन प्रल्याप्ति मामले की जांच कर रहा है। इस मामले में सीबीआई ने पहले ही लालू प्रसाद और राबरी देवी के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दाखिल की थी, जिसमें उन्हें जमानत मिली थी। हाल ही में, सीबीआई ने तेजस्वी यादव के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दाखिल की थी, जिसकी सुनवाई आज दिल्ली के रौस एवेन्यू कोर्ट में हुई।
