बुलाए गए अधिकारियों में डीजीपी आरएस भट्टी, जिला मजिस्ट्रेट पटना डॉ. चंद्रशेखर सिंह, वरिष्ठ सुप्रिंटेंडेंट ऑफ पुलिस राजीव मिश्रा, एसओ पटना सिटी- वैभव शर्मा, एएसपी पटना- मिस काम्या मिश्रा, उपायुक्त पुलिस, पटना और उपनिरीक्षक अधिकारी पटना सेंट्रल सदर, खंडेकर श्रीकांत कुंडलिक शामिल थे। भाजपा सांसद जनार्दन सिंह सिगरीवाल ने पटना के डाक बंगला स्क्वायर में हुए प्रदर्शन के दौरान लाठीचार्ज में गंभीर चोटें खाई थीं।
