Sultanaganj lawyer Devanand Singh files application in CM’s court for mobile theft case
Sultanaganj lawyer Devanand Singh, residing in the Bath Thana area, has filed an application in the Chief Minister’s court, seeking an investigation into his mobile theft case. In the application, he has accused several unknown individuals, including officers from the GRP Thana, Kotwali Thana, Station Master, and ADRM. He mentioned how he had been wandering from one place to another after his mobile was stolen, with no resolution to his complaint.

Devanand Singh has alleged that the officers from GRP Thana, Kotwali Thana, Station Master, and ADRM, along with other unidentified individuals, were involved in his mobile theft case. He highlighted the fact that he had been continuously harassed and his complaint had not been resolved. Despite his efforts to seek justice, the individuals involved kept avoiding him.
Multiple instances of wandering after mobile theft
Devanand Singh mentioned in his application that after his mobile was stolen, he had been continuously moving from one place to another. Throughout this period, he encountered several individuals who seemed to be avoiding him and not addressing his complaint. This constant wandering and lack of resolution prompted him to file the application in the CM’s court, seeking an investigation into the case.
No resolution to the complaint
Despite his efforts and multiple encounters with individuals involved in his mobile theft case, Devanand Singh’s complaint had not been resolved. The individuals accused of the theft, including officers from GRP Thana, Kotwali Thana, Station Master, and ADRM, had continuously evaded him. Frustrated by the lack of response, he decided to approach the CM’s court and file an application for further investigation.
सुल्तानगंज के बाथ थाना क्षेत्र के रहने वाले अधिवक्ता देवानंद सिंह ने सीजेएम की अदालत में मोबाइल चोरी के मामले में नालिसी वाद दर्ज कराया है। उन्होंने अपने आरोपों में जीआरपी थाना के पदाधिकारी, कोतवाली थाना, स्टेशन मास्टर, एडीआरएम सहित अन्य अज्ञात लोगों को शामिल किया है। उन्होंने वाद में बताया है कि उनका मोबाइल चोरी होने के बाद वह एक जगह से दूसरी जगह भटकाए जाते रहे, और उन्हें साहेब लोग टरकाते रहे, लेकिन उनकी शिकायत का कोई समाधान नहीं निकाला गया।
