Protest Against Killing of Father-Son Lawyer Duo

Lawyers at the Danapur Civil Court premises in Patna protested by wearing black ribbons against the murder of a father-son lawyer duo in Chapra. Following the call by the Bihar State Bar Council, everyone participated in the protest by wearing black ribbons and demanded the quick arrest and fast trial of all the culprits.

Demand for Lawyer Protection Act

The lawyers present in the court premises demanded the immediate arrest and fast trial of all the criminals. They also urged the Bihar government to implement the Lawyer Protection Act soon so that they feel safe. Everyone unitedly called for the quick implementation of the Lawyer Protection Act and the immediate arrest of the culprits.

Appeal to Lawyers to Not Defend Criminals

Senior lawyer Shiv Kumar Yadav stated that on June 12, the father-son lawyers were shot dead by criminals while riding a bike in Chapra. He appealed to all lawyers not to defend the criminals involved in the murder. He also requested the State Bar Council and Bar Council of India to make a decision that no lawyer should defend the criminal who has committed the murder of a lawyer.

Call for Immediate Implementation of Lawyer Protection Act

Chairman Mithilesh Kumar Yadav expressed concern over the safety of lawyers and urged for the quick implementation of the Lawyer Protection Act. He emphasized the need for a fearless working environment for all lawyers and called for immediate action in this regard.

पटना के दानापुर व्यवहार न्यायालय परिसर में अधिवक्ताओं ने छपरा में हुए अधिवक्ता पिता-पुत्र की हत्या को लेकर काला बिल्ला लगाकर विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। उन्होंने अपराधियों के खिलाफ गिरफ्तारी और फास्ट ट्रायल की मांग की और अधिवक्ता प्रोटेक्शन एक्ट की जल्द लागू करने की भी मांग की। अध्यक्ष ने भी इस बारे में चर्चा की और सभी ने एकजुट होकर अपराधियों के खिलाफ कठोर कार्रवाई की मांग की। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने अधिवक्ता प्रोटेक्शन एक्ट की जल्दी लागू करने की भी अपील की।
