Court News: Darbhanga Vyavahar Nyayalaya’s Justice Suman Kumar Divakar has sentenced all four accused, Mo Guddu, Mo Nawab alias Leelu, Mo Kasim, and Mo Ali Raja, to life imprisonment for a murder case. Additionally, a fine of one lakh rupees has also been imposed on them.
The Darbhanga Vyavahar Nyayalaya’s upper session judge, Justice Suman Kumar Divakar, has pronounced a life imprisonment and a fine of one lakh rupees each for the four murder accused in a murder case. According to reports, the deceased, Mo Salim, had his mobile stolen. Upon calling the deceased’s mobile, the accused Mo Nawab alias Leelu had answered the call.
The four accused collectively murdered the deceased by hitting him with stones as they did not want to return the mobile to Mo Salim. Following this incident, the deceased’s brother, Mo Rustam, lodged a complaint against the four accused at the Vishwavidyalaya police station on December 23, 2022, under the primary offense number 477/22. The court took cognizance of the matter after the complaint was filed.
The prosecution’s APP Champa Mukherjee informed that after submitting the complaint in case 477/22, the court has sentenced all four culprits to life imprisonment for the murder. The indicative lawyer, Shivchandra Chaurasiya, mentioned that after the theft of the deceased’s mobile, the culprits committed the murder of Mo Salim.
दरभंगा व्ययवहार न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश सुमन कुमार दिवाकर ने हत्या के मामले में चारों आरोपियों को आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई है। इस मामले में मृतक के मोबाइल चोरी के बाद जुर्मियों ने मिलकर उसकी हत्या कर दी थी। आरोपियों के खिलाफ हत्या की प्राथमिकी कांड संख्या 477/22 दर्ज करवाई गई थी और उन्हें आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई गई है।
