Jamshedpur: Urdu Bhavan is a literary institution in Jamshedpur. A condolence meeting was organized at the residence of Syed Sajid Parvez in Jawahar Nagar on the demise of renowned Urdu poet Munawwar Rana, under the supervision of the organization. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Ahmed, and Dr. Sayyed Mohammad Yahya Ibrahim, Head of the English Department at Karim City College, was the chief guest. Dr. Hassan Imam Malik, the organization’s president, welcomed the chief guest and all the present dignitaries. General Secretary of “Urdu Bhavan”, Prof. Gauhar Azeem, conducted the meeting and familiarized the audience with Munawwar Rana’s biography and literary accomplishments, expressing deep sorrow over the demise of their beloved poet. Hafiz Mohammad Waliullah recited verses from the Quran, and Safiullah Safi recited Naat Sharif. Shayars Anwar Adib and Rizwan Aurangabadi shared their thoughts. Following them, the chief guest Dr. Ibrahim and Principal Dr. Mohammad Reyaz shed light on the importance of Munawwar Rana’s personality and contribution to literature. The principal stated that Munawwar Rana was a great poet as well as a great literary figure, mentioning his books “Bagair Nakshay Ka Makaan” and “Chehre Yad Rahate Hain”. He emphasized that his prose writings are more significant than his poetry. In this meeting, the presence of Shahin Academy’s director Mohammed Asadullah, Saddam Gani, Safiullah Safi, and Syed Jahid Parvez was notable. Laiq Mujaffarpuri expressed gratitude. Syed Sajid Parvez was congratulated for the commendable organization of the program.

जमशेदपुर की साहित्यिक संस्था उर्दू भवन ने उर्दू शायर मुनव्वर राना के निधन पर शोक सभा आयोजित की है। इस सभा में प्रो. अहमद, डॉ. सैयद मोहम्मद याहिया इब्राहीम, डॉ. हसन इमाम मल्लिक और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण व्यक्तियों ने भाग लिया। सभा में मुनव्वर राना के जीवनी और उनकी साहित्यिक उपलब्धियों के बारे में चर्चा की गई। सभा में अतिथियों ने उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि दी और उनकी महानता की प्रशंसा की।
