Love blossoms during coaching classes
A minor girl from a village in Jamui district, Bihar, fell in love with a boy who was studying in the same coaching class for the past 4 years. They planned to elope while the girl was on her way to give her Intermediate exam last Friday. With the help of a friend, they reached the Jamui Railway Station to catch a train to Kolkata.
Suspicions lead to their arrest
However, when they reached the railway station, the Government Railway Police (GRP) officials became suspicious of them. Upon questioning, their answers raised further suspicion, leading to their arrest. The entire incident took place in the Chandradeep Thana area of Jamui district, where the minor girl eloped with her boyfriend but was caught before their plan could be successful.
Plan to deceive the father
The young couple revealed that they had been in a relationship for the past 4 years and decided to elope during the exam day. The girl’s father was roaming around the school premises, so she wore a hijab to sneak past him. Despite their attempt to escape, they were caught by the GRP at the railway station. The police have taken custody of the couple and are investigating the case further.
