Attack on Man in Gopalganj
In the Gopalganj area near Arar Mod, bike-borne assailants stabbed a man, causing severe injuries. The victim was immediately admitted to Gopalganj Sadar Hospital for treatment under the supervision of doctors. The injured person was identified as Jitendra Sharma, son of Nand Lal Sharma, a resident of Gorakhpur district in Uttar Pradesh, who has been working as a clerk for Sonu Mishra for the past 6 years.
Details of the Incident
Sonu Mishra, the victim’s employer, stated that they were attacked while riding a bike on their way back home to Gopalganj with a truck fare of Rs. 2,40,000. As they reached near Bullet Agency at Arar Mod, two bike-borne assailants along with five others surrounded them. The victim tried to escape by getting off the bike, but one of the attackers stabbed him severely. The assailants then fled after stealing the cash kept with the victim.
Current Situation and Investigation
The injured victim is currently undergoing treatment at Gopalganj Sadar Hospital, where the treatment is ongoing. The police have not yet received any formal complaint regarding the incident. Once the complaint is lodged and the statement is recorded, further investigation and action will be taken. The police mentioned that there is an ongoing dispute between the parties involved in the incident.
Appeal for Justice
The victim, Jitendra Sharma, appealed for justice and stated that there was an attempt to kill him by the unidentified assailants. He managed to escape the attack but suffered severe injuries. The police are awaiting formal complaints to proceed with the investigation and take necessary actions in the case.
गोपालगंज के नगर थाना क्षेत्र के अरार मोड़ पर बाइक सवार आरोपियों ने एक व्यक्ति को चाकू मारकर घायल कर दिया। इसके बाद आरोपियों ने उसके पास रखे पैसे छीनकर फरार हो गए। घायल व्यक्ति को गोपालगंज सदर अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है और उसका इलाज चल रहा है। नगर थाना के अपर थानाध्यक्ष ने बताया कि मामले की जांच के लिए आवेदन और फर्द बयान जमा किया जा रहा है। विवाद के चलते कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
