Incident at Nihar Pul

In a shocking incident at Nihar Pul near Agiyanwa Bazaar village in Bhojpur district, a vegetable vendor was attacked by miscreants on Saturday night. The vendor, Rajuli Sah’s 22-year-old son Manjeet Sah, was stabbed in the chest and back with a knife, causing serious injuries.

Details of the Attack

The victim, Manjeet Sah, runs a vegetable shop near the high school in Agiyanwa Bazaar. His brother Gorakh Sah mentioned that as Manjeet was returning home after closing the shop on Saturday night, he was surrounded by a group of four to five miscreants near Nihar Pul who tried to rob him.

Admission to Hospital

Following the attack, Manjeet was rushed to the Sadar Hospital in critical condition. The miscreants allegedly stabbed him for resisting the robbery attempt. He was later referred to Ara Sadar Hospital for further treatment.

Allegations and Investigation

Gorakh Sah has accused a local youth and his friends of robbing Manjeet of cash, a gold locket, and attacking him with a knife when he resisted. The police are currently investigating the matter to bring the culprits to justice.
