Manoj Tiwari Faces Legal Trouble

The former BJP leader and candidate from Delhi’s North-East constituency, Manoj Tiwari, is facing legal trouble as a case has been filed against him in the Patna CJM court. He is accused of making derogatory remarks against a community regarding the nomination of his rival and Congress candidate Kanhaiya Kumar. Due to these allegations, lawyer Ashok Kumar has filed a case against him.

Case Transferred to MP-MLA Court

Advocates Ram Sandesh Rai and Manilal, representing the applicant who filed the case in the CJM court, argued that Manoj Tiwari’s comments are unacceptable in any society. The CJM court accepted the case and transferred it to the special court of MP-MLA for further proceedings.

Manoj Tiwari Holds Responsible Position

Following the acceptance of the case, lawyer Ashok Kumar stated that Manoj Tiwari holds a responsible and constitutional position. He made derogatory comments against a specific community regarding Kanhaiya Kumar’s nomination, which is not acceptable in society. He has spoken against the constitution, and strict action is demanded to prevent such remarks in the future.

भाजपा के पूर्व नेता और दिल्ली के उत्तर-पूर्वी क्षेत्र से निवर्तमान सांसद और प्रत्याशी मनोज तिवारी के खिलाफ पटना के सीजेएम कोर्ट में एक परिवाद दायर हुआ है। उनके खिलाफ आरोप है कि उन्होंने कन्हैया कुमार के नामांकन को लेकर जाति के खिलाफ अपमानजनक टिप्पणी की थी। इस मामले में एमपी-एमएलए कोर्ट में ट्रांसफर होने का निर्णय लिया गया है। अधिवक्ता अशोक कुमार ने इस मामले में संविधान विरोध बातें बताई हैं और कोर्ट से कड़ी कार्रवाई की मांग की है। उन्होंने समाज के खिलाफ टिप्पणी करने वाले लोगों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए।
