In Bhagalpur, a man is not willing to keep his wife after murdering his brother-in-law five years ago and has forced her to undergo two abortions. The victim has been distressed for the past two years as the husband is now involved with other women. The couple had a love marriage seven years ago, and the accused husband is the son of a cook in the police line.

Escape and Love Marriage

The accused husband is currently on the run after working at the police line for about a year. The couple had a love marriage in 2015, which was opposed by the girl’s brother. Due to this opposition, the accused husband murdered his brother-in-law in 2019. He was sent to jail in that case.

Allegations of Forced Abortions

In her application, the victim has accused her husband of forcing her to undergo two abortions. She has tried to seek help from local police stations, women’s police stations, and even the Superintendent of Police, but no action has been taken yet. The police have received the complaint and have directed the women’s police station to investigate the matter further.

The Bhagalpur City SP has confirmed receiving the application and an FIR has been filed. Further investigation is underway to take necessary legal action in the case. The victim continues to seek justice for the atrocities she has faced in her marriage.
