Brutal Murder in Trishuliya Ghat, Araria
On the night of May 18th, a young man was brutally murdered by criminals near the banks of the Paraman River in Trishuliya Ghat, Araria. The perpetrators slit his throat and stabbed him to death, throwing his body afterwards. The police from the Nagar Thana identified the body within 72 hours, revealing the involvement of two friends of the deceased, Sonu.
Dispute over Mobile Phone Leads to Murder
The incident escalated due to a dispute between the two friends over a mobile phone, eventually resulting in both friends collectively murdering Sonu by slitting his throat and stabbing him. The ASP, along with the SDPO, Ram Pukar Singh, formed a team led by the Nagar Thana DySP and DIU Araria to investigate the case thoroughly.
Identification and Arrest of the Accused
After conducting technical and scientific research, the victim was identified as Sonu, a resident of Khalilabad in the Nagar Thana area. The successful resolution of the case led to the arrest of two culprits, Shahnavaz and Akbar, who were involved in the murder. The arrest was made based on Shahnavaz’s confession and Akbar’s statement regarding the day of the incident.
Legal Action and Further Investigation
The accused, Shahnavaz, confessed to his crimes, leading to the recovery of Sonu’s mobile phone and the knife used in the murder. The investigation team, including police officials like Nagar Thana DySP Manish Kumar Rajak and Election Cell in-charge Rajesh Kumar, are taking legal action under section 302/201 of the Bhadvi Act in case number 285/24. The operation involved a team of police officers from various departments, ensuring a thorough investigation and subsequent arrests.
अररिया के त्रिशुलिया घाट के परमान नदी किनारे 18 मई की रात अपराधकर्मियों ने एक युवक की हत्या कर उसके शव को फेंक दिया। शव की शिनाख्त करते हुए उसके दो दोस्तों को गिरफ्तार किया गया, जिन्होंने मोबाइल के लिए विवाद करते हुए उसकी हत्या की थी। गिरफ्तारी टीम में नगर थानाध्यक्ष सह पुनि मनीष कुमार रजक, चुनाव कोषांग प्रभारी पुनि राजेश कुमार, नगर थाना के पुअनि संजीव कुमार सहित डीआईयू टीम अररिया व सशस्त्र बल शामिल थे।
