Arrest in the Pramod Yadav Murder Case

The police have arrested one suspect in the murder case of Pramod Yadav in Balatol under the Puraini police station area in Madhepura district. Another suspect surrendered in court due to police pressure. The incident took place on the night of May 21st, when Pramod Yadav was shot and injured during a dispute in Ward 10 of the Puraini police station area.

Legal Action Taken

Following Pramod Yadav’s death, his wife Nikki Devi filed an FIR against seven known suspects and two unknown individuals at the Puraini police station. Under the direction of the SP, the Puraini police station in-charge Dharmendra Kumar, along with the police force, have been continuously conducting raids to arrest the suspects involved in the case.

Surrender of a Suspect

In a significant development, one of the primary suspects, Dhananjay Yadav, son of Bhageshwar Yadav from Balatol, surrendered in court. Another suspect, Shyamsundar Yadav, was also arrested in the Chausha police station area. Shyamsundar Yadav has a history of criminal activities, including murder and assault.

Details of the Incident

The incident took place near the Shiv Temple in Balatol village, where Pramod Yadav was first assaulted and then shot by the criminals. He was initially taken to Mayaganj Hospital in Bhagalpur for treatment and later referred to Patna. Unfortunately, he passed away on the way to Patna. Pramod Yadav was the younger brother of Vinod Yadav, the private secretary of Bihar Assembly’s Deputy Speaker Narendra Narayan.

मधेपुरा जिले के पुरैनी थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत बालाटोल में हुई प्रमोद यादव की हत्या मामले में पुलिस ने एक आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया है और एक आरोपी ने आत्मसमर्पण कर दिया है। प्रमोद यादव की पत्नी ने सात नामजद अभियुक्तों और दो अज्ञात के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज कराया था। गिरफ्तार अभियुक्त धनंजय यादव ने न्यायालय में आत्मसमर्पण कर दिया है। इस मामले में अभियुक्तों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए पुलिस ने कार्रवाई की है और अन्य अभियुक्तों की भी छापेमारी की जा रही है। इस हत्या कांड में और भी अभियुक्तों की गिरफ्तारी की कार्रवाई जारी है।
