Hajipur’s Lal Ganj police station area witnessed a horrific incident on Saturday evening, where bike-borne criminals shot and killed the younger brother of Lal Ganj’s former MLA and chairman of the Municipal Corporation. The criminals fired more than a dozen bullets at the victim, Mukesh Sah, who was a resident of Shahpur Kasim in the Lal Ganj police station area. The deceased’s brother, Rajkumar Sah, is a member of the Lok Jan Shakti Party and a former MLA from Lal Ganj, while another brother, Kanchan Kumar Sah, is the chairman of Lal Ganj Municipal Corporation. The incident has caused panic among the family members.
After receiving information about the incident, the police and the local hospital rushed to the scene. The police have recovered a large number of bullet shells from the crime scene. According to the information received, four criminals on two bikes arrived at the Lal Ganj bypass market around 5 PM on Saturday and started firing at Mukesh and his four-five companions who were standing near Narendra Kushwaha’s shop in Kamalpur. While his companions managed to escape, Mukesh was shot multiple times and fell to the ground. Even after he fell, the criminals continued to fire several bullets at him. After the incident, the criminals fled towards Kharauna village in the west direction from the crime scene. Mukesh’s brother, Kanchan Kumar Sah, reached the scene and took him to the local hospital, where the doctors declared him dead.
The Superintendent of Police, Om Prakash, stated that four criminals on bikes shot and killed the brother of Lal Ganj’s former MLA in the Lal Ganj police station area. The police are investigating the crime scene and examining the CCTV footage from the surrounding areas. The criminals will be arrested soon.
In another incident in Bihar, a double murder took place at Nathnagar railway station in Bhagalpur. Two youths were shot dead on platform number 1.
हाजीपुर के लालगंज थाना क्षेत्र के बाइपास स्थित बाजार में शनिवार की शाम बाइक सवार अपराधियों ने लालगंज के पूर्व विधायक और नगर परिषद लालगंज के सभापति के छोटे भाई की गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी. अपराधियों ने उनके ऊपर दो दर्जन राउंड से ज्यादा गोलियां चलाईं. मृतक मुकेश साह लालगंज थाना क्षेत्र के शाहपुर कासिम निवासी राजेंद्र साह के पुत्र थे. इस घटना के बाद परिजनों में कोहराम मचा हुआ है. पुलिस घटनास्थल पर जांच कर रही है और जल्द ही अपराधियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया जायेगा.
