**UP CM Smriti Chaudhary at Election Rally in Meenapur, Vaishali**
In Muzaffarpur, Deputy Chief Minister Smriti Chaudhary attended an election rally in Meenapur in the Vaishali Lok Sabha constituency on Thursday. During the rally, she issued an ultimatum to the Bihar police regarding the Ajay Kushwaha murder case. She stated that the killers of Ajay Kushwaha must be apprehended within 48 hours. She instructed the SP to make the arrest within the given time frame and warned against protecting any criminal. Failure to do so would result in the removal of the uniform from the officer after the 6th of the month.
**Deputy CM’s Ultimatum to Police in Murder Case**
The incident in question occurred on May 1st in Muzaffarpur, where criminals on motorcycles carried out a fatal shooting of a contractor in broad daylight. The criminals managed to flee the scene, leaving the contractor dead. The police are currently investigating the matter, but no arrests have been made so far. The incident took place in the Neyura area of the Meenapur police station in Muzaffarpur. The deceased has been identified as Ajay Kushwaha, who used to work as a contractor from his home.
**Contractor Ajay Kushwaha Shot Dead at Home**
Ajay Kushwaha, who was a contractor by profession, was shot dead at his residence by unidentified criminals. The assailants fired six shots at him, resulting in his death. Two empty cartridges were found at the scene of the crime. The investigation is ongoing, and the police are working towards apprehending the culprits responsible for the murder of Ajay Kushwaha. The deceased contractor’s photo has been released to aid in the investigation.
