**Family of the deceased reached the hospital**

**Details of the incident**
In Balua village, on Saturday night around 12:30 am, a student who was sleeping at home was strangled to death with a sharp weapon. After committing the crime, all the criminals fled the scene. Upon hearing the youth’s voice, his family members rushed to him and admitted him to SKMCH in Muzaffarpur for treatment. The doctors there declared him dead. Currently, the police have reached the scene of the incident to conduct a post-mortem on the body and are gathering information from the deceased’s family members.
**Identification of the deceased**
According to information, the deceased has been identified as Sanjeev Kumar (22), the son of Bhola Sahni, a resident of Balua village in the Mahindrawara police station area. The deceased’s father, Bhola Sahni, mentioned that his son was studying while living outside. He had come home for some household chores. Five days ago, he had a dispute with a local youth in the village. At that time, the accused had threatened to kill him. Last night, after having dinner, everyone was asleep when the accused along with five to six others arrived and carried out the incident before fleeing the scene.
