Meeting of National Lok Morcha in Sheikhpura
A meeting of the National Lok Morcha was organized in various areas of Sheikhpura to prepare for the membership campaign. The meeting was held near Patel Chowk in the city’s Sabha Ghar, where the party’s National Vice President Jitendra Nath, regional in-charge Subhash Chandravanshi, and district officials were present. Several responsibilities related to the membership campaign were assigned to party workers during the meeting.
Strengthening NDA in Bihar
Jitendra Nath mentioned that under the leadership of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, the NDA is strong in Bihar and will contest the 2025 Assembly elections under his leadership. He expressed confidence that the 2025 outcome in Bihar will be better than that of 2010. All NDA allies are contributing to Bihar’s development as well as the country’s development.
Organized Crime and Violence
Responding to questions about crime and violence, Jitendra Nath stated that if organized crime is increasing in Bihar, the NDA will take responsibility for it. He emphasized that general violence and crime cannot be classified as organized crime. He also highlighted the period of ‘jungle raj’ in Bihar before 2005, where organized crime was prevalent.
Legal Action Against Criminal Incidents
He mentioned that there is no sign of any criminal group in Bihar under the current government of Nitish Kumar. Any criminal incidents occurring at present are not categorized as organized crime, and legal action is being taken continuously. He also stated that a membership campaign of the National Lok Morcha will be conducted in all districts, and the workers are enthusiastic about it.
