Incident at SNCU Ward in Lakhisarai Hospital

The media was not allowed to cover the incident initially, but a public statement was later issued clarifying the situation and the action taken against the operator.
Short Circuit Incident and Consequences
A short circuit incident on the roof of the ward on May 24th caused a fire, creating panic among the children’s relatives. The unnecessary tampering with electrical connections can lead to machine malfunctions and disruptions in power supply. The hospital’s electricity supply system was also interfered with, affecting various areas like the essay counter, Jeevika Didi’s kitchen, and emergency services.
Need for Immediate Correction
Such actions are punishable offenses, and corrective measures need to be taken within 24 hours to avoid any further incidents or disruptions in the hospital’s electricity supply. Failure to address these issues promptly will hold the SNCU or the hospital responsible for any accidents or mishaps related to the electricity supply.
