Murder in Katihar
A nephew in Katihar has committed the murder of his uncle. The incident took place in Ward number 6 of the Nagarpalika area under the jurisdiction of Kursela Thana. The nephew stabbed his uncle Arjun Yadav (50 years old) to death with a sharp knife during a dispute. The relatives of the deceased have accused the nephew of committing the murder. According to information, Arjun Yadav, a resident of Kursela Nagarpalika, was sleeping in his house when his nephew attacked him with a knife, causing fatal injuries and then fleeing the scene.

The deceased’s son, Abhimanyu, mentioned an ongoing land dispute as the motive behind the murder. The nephew, Arjun Yadav’s nephew, is accused of carrying out the crime. The Kursela Thana police are taking necessary actions in this case, including conducting raids to arrest the suspect. The body has been sent for post-mortem examination as part of the investigation.
