Neatish Kumar’s Gift to Anganwadi Workers in Bihar
Anganwadi workers and helpers in Bihar have received a big gift from Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. In the period of strikes, 10,203 workers and 8,016 helpers who were removed from their jobs will be reinstated. Additionally, CM Nitish Kumar has also instructed to increase the honorarium of Anganwadi workers and helpers.
Meeting with CM Nitish Kumar
The representatives of Anganwadi workers and helpers, who have been protesting in Bihar for several days, met with CM Nitish Kumar and presented their problems. After listening to the issues faced by the workers, the CM stated that several steps have been taken for the improvement of Anganwadi services. The honorarium of Anganwadi workers and helpers has been consistently increased.
Reinstatement of Workers and Increase in Honorarium
CM Nitish Kumar announced that the demands made by the Anganwadi workers and helpers will be considered and a respectable increase in their honorarium will be implemented. He also mentioned that the workers who were removed during the strike period will be reinstated. Social Welfare Minister Madan Sahni expressed his happiness with the decision made by the Bihar government.
